Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
